Terms of Service

Rules for using KEYS across identity and verification workflows.

These Terms of Service describe the conditions for accessing KEYS, using authentication and KYC features, and participating in QR-based service flows delivered through the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KEYS, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies presented during onboarding, consent, or verification flows.

2. Service description

KEYS provides a digital identity layer that may include authentication, onboarding, profile access, KYC launch, consent capture, QR-based validation, and related support features. Available features can vary by deployment, operator, and jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must use accurate information, maintain control of your sign-in method, and avoid sharing account access with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless otherwise required by law.

4. Verification and user submissions

If you submit identity documents, selfies, profile updates, or support information through KEYS, you represent that the submission is accurate, authorized, and not misleading. KEYS may reject, suspend, or flag submissions that appear fraudulent, incomplete, abusive, or unlawful.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use KEYS for unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity
  • attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls
  • interfere with service availability or misuse QR credentials
  • impersonate another person or submit falsified verification data

6. Suspension and termination

KEYS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, operators, legal compliance, or service integrity. Users may also request account deletion or closure, subject to retention and audit obligations.

7. Availability and changes

KEYS may update, improve, or retire features without prior notice when needed for security, compliance, or operational reasons. The platform is provided on an evolving basis and may experience planned or unplanned interruptions.

8. Third-party services

Some flows rely on third-party providers for authentication, storage, communications, or identity verification. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies in addition to these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KEYS is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, suitability for every use case, or error-free availability. Liability may be limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing rules

These terms should be interpreted together with applicable laws, operator-specific requirements, and any additional policies presented as part of the service workflow.

11. Updates to these terms

KEYS may revise these Terms of Service to reflect platform, legal, or security changes. Continued use of the service after updates take effect means the revised terms govern future use.
